Executive Director
Katherine is the co-founder of AIN. She practices both family- and employment-based immigration. She received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and obtained her BA in Linguistics from the University of Washington.

Victoria is the co-founder of AIN. Prior to joining AIN, she worked as an Information Technology Professional with many years of experience in various industries, namely software development, food processing, computer manufacturing, telecommunications, health information, and now immigration case management. Victoria obtained her BS in Chemical Engineering from Mindanao State University.

Grace obtained her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and her BA in Urban Studies from DePauw University. Prior to joining AIN, she was a Community Relations Fellow at Breakthrough Urban Ministries, a nonprofit organization providing homeless intervention services and after school programming for families in East Garfield Park.

Sr. Kristine is a member of the Sisters of the Living Word, with many years of ministry and community experience, including youth and adult education; spiritual direction and counseling; and social services. Sr. Kristine obtained her MA in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University.
